WingMan
An embedded in-car computer providing a digital music library,
maps, navigation, and car diagnostics. Custom hardware is
required for accommodating an automotive environment. Software
is designed for easy intuitive control by the driver using
innovative interaction techniques. Various pieces of Open
Source software are tied together with a heavily customized
Linux distribution and front-end interface.
Debian Linux Developer
As part of the volunteer-driven development team of the Debian
Linux product, maintain software packages that are part of the
official distribution, handle bug reports, and participate in
the political events of the worldwide developer community.
Database Independent Abstraction Layer for C
Implements a database-independent abstraction layer in C,
similar to the DBI layer in Perl. As the leader of this
open-source project, frequently make design decisions with
co-author and a handful of highly involved users who offer
